The Yashchenko Foundation’s primary mission is to provide essential support to communities across Ukraine facing significant challenges. Our programs are tailored to assist the most vulnerable members of society. This includes frontline humanitarian aid delivery aimed at ensuring a sustainable supply of nutrition, medication, WASH and reconstruction supplies to those most in need. We also offer evacuation services for individuals seeking to leave frontline areas, working to ensure sufficient quantities of blood donors to support hospitals nationwide, provide assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) as they rebuild their lives, furnish hospitals and rehabilitation centres with medical supplies and equipment.
Our work is privately funded by organisations and individuals committed to helping civilians in urgent need of assistance living in frontline communities. Support or work by donating to our mission.
We are named in memory of our former colleague, Maksim Yashchenko, who epitomised the compassion and bravery emblematic of the finest in the humanitarian sector. Maksim consistently put himself in harm’s way to aid those in need.
